Obama Administration is putting us at risk

Can't Obama find *any* Democrats to fill his positions? 19 KEY positions, PLUS the HHS Secretary...
Consider this:
The Obama administration must address the public health emergency regarding swine flu, the administration's first medical outbreak, without an HHS secretary or appointees to any of the department's 19 key positions, Politico reports. In addition to a lack of HHS secretary, Obama has yet to name a surgeon general or CDC director, and the president's nominee for FDA administrator is currently awaiting confirmation.
Consider this:
Janet Napolitano, of Obama's administration, doesn't want to check flights from Mexico for the swine flu.

Now, do we have a serious problem or don't we? The O Administration wants to make a mountain out of this, but we pooh-pooh Russia when they want to test people coming from North America for swine flu. Must not be very important when they can't fill positions on key medical committees, or are we seeing incompetency, lack of planning, and a lack of tax-paying Democrats to fill those positions? I hope no one tries to nuke us. Obama might wait two weeks, or longer, to deploy the missile defense system.
